How do we start?
Most engagements open with the free calculator (a bottom-up estimate from your own inputs) and a 20-minute call. If there's a case worth pursuing, we scope a paid AI Audit — a 1–3 week data-readiness assessment that produces your measured baseline and an ROI bridge. No fit, no fee: if we conclude there's no hard-dollar case, you don't pay for the audit.
How long until we see something real?
A working system you can measure in about two weeks. The audit establishes the baseline; the build sprint (2–6 weeks) deploys the wedge on a contained scope; you're typically live in ~30 days with zero changes to how your ERP or AMS is configured.
Do we have to rip out our ERP or AMS?
No. We adapt to your system of record — we don't replace it. For distributors that means reading and writing against Prophet 21, Eclipse, SX.e, or NetSuite as they are. For agencies, against your AMS. [VERIFY]

What exactly do you automate first?
For distributors: AI order intake — turning email/PDF/fax orders into ERP-ready orders without rekeying. For agencies: COI issuance and submission/renewal re-keying. We expand from there (AP, AR, forecasting) only after the first wedge is bankable. See it work →
What about the messy orders — "send the usual"?
That's the point. The system learns each customer's shorthand from their order history and maps it to real SKUs. The genuinely ambiguous lines route to a person with the original document side-by-side — they never auto-post to your ERP.
Do you build it yourselves, or resell a tool?

Your people & your data
Will this replace my people?
No. The framing is "do more with the staff you can't hire." These are aging, hard-to-fill roles; the system handles the retyping and routes exceptions to a person, so your team moves from order-takers to order-makers. We don't sell headcount cuts.
Is my data safe?
